Outpatient assisted living (ABW) at Lebenswelt Gabriel offers you exactly that: an assisted form of living that helps you to organise your life according to your wishes and abilities.

Lebenswelt Gabriel
Outpatient
Assisted living
Our team supports you in strengthening your everyday skills, maintaining social contacts and achieving your personal goals. Support is provided on weekdays, individually according to your needs.
The target group for outpatient assisted living at Lebenswelt Gabriel are adults with a permanent disability or mental illness.
Shared flats
Living independently together
In addition to the option of being supported in your own home, there is also the alternative of living with others in a shared flat. Here you have more independence than in our external residential groups, but still receive support if you need it.
You can live in a communal environment, socialise with your flatmates and practice more independence at the same time. Our support will help you, for example, with visits to the authorities, planning your daily routine or socialising – exactly to the extent that you need.
