Communal living
We offer a home with comprehensive care in Haus Gabriel with 56 places and in two external residential groups.
Outpatient assisted living
For people who live in their own home or a shared flat and need support in their everyday lives.
Day structure
Structured daily routines and a wide range of offers for people who are not or no longer in employment.
Family support service (FuD)
Low-threshold counselling and support services to relieve families in everyday life and leisure activities.

Our services can be individually combined. We react flexibly to changes in life and always offer the right support – be it outpatient or communal living, day structure or family support services.

With around 60 employees, we accompany people in their everyday lives and provide them with personalised support. Our team is multi-professional and brings together specialists from the fields of nursing, curative education, social work, occupational therapy and many more.
We also welcome career changers and volunteers. Together, we work with expertise, empathy and passion for the well-being of people.
