Entry procedure

With "hamet e" to the
suitable profession.

In order to promote individual skills in the best possible way, the vocational training department (BBB) uses the recognised „hamet e+“ test procedure. This activity-orientated procedure helps to specifically record manual and motor skills and identify development opportunities.

By analysing their skills with „hamet e+“, participants receive an individual assessment of their abilities, which serves as the basis for their personal support plan. This strengthens basic vocational skills in a targeted manner and makes it easier for them to find a suitable area of work.
